Carlos Martínez’s patent is submitted to lab tests

The 23th September 2019, the coordinator of our entrepreneurial initiatives, Miguel Muñoz, and the inventor Carlos Martínez met in La Laguna, in order to deliver a sample of the patent created by the latter to the Eurofins LGS Megalab laboratorios, located in the very centre of La Laguna, which will be in charge of verifying the cosmetic properties of the patented product.

After the delivery of the sample, Miguel Muñoz and Carlos Martínez went to the Polo Notary, with the aim of preparing the notary protocol which will establish the value of the Karllive brand. Once determined the commercial value of this brand (what is to say, its value for selling it or assigning its use), we will sign a commitment between the inventor Carlos Martínez and his representatives, Miguel Muñoz and Ramiro Rosón. By the moment, we are waiting for the result of the lab tests in order to determine this comercial value and continue the groundwork.

We send information about the work done to Mr. Jordi Ruiz, representative of the Premark company, which collaborates to manage the selling or assignment of use of the patent. At the end of the working day, Miguel Muñoz and Carlos Martínez enjoyed a short stop at the Carrera bar and at the Laguna Nivaria Hotel, both of which are in the historical centre of La Laguna.

In the afternoon, the coordinator met the lawyer and contributor Ramiro Rosón at the Época Café, also located in La Laguna, where both of them commented the last advances in managing the selling or assignment of use of Carlos Martínez's patent.
