Juan Antonio Morales Zerpa joins our editorial team

From the “Parque Tecnológico Playa Paraíso 2010-Adeje” platform, we are pleased to announce the incorporation of Juan Antonio Morales Zerpa into our editorial team, marking a further step in the process of strengthening our business initiatives. Juan Antonio manages the training center DYM Canarias, which offers a range of educational programs based on BIM methodology.

His professional background, characterized by solid experience in business development, marketing, and project management, brings significant added value to an initiative such as ours, which is oriented toward international projection and the identification of opportunities in competitive environments. His profile stands out for its strategic analytical capacity, results-oriented approach, and experience in European contexts, all of which align fully with the growth philosophy we have been developing in recent years.

We continue to move forward in strengthening our initiatives through the incorporation of highly qualified professional profiles. In this context, we are pleased to announce the collaboration of a distinguished professional in the field of architecture, manager of a specialized company, and trainer in BIM methodology, whose contribution represents a strategic added value for the development of our upcoming actions.

We highlight the involvement of BIM Seven, whose experience in project development and architectural visualization will be key in the preparation of our second dissemination conference. Their contribution will enable progress in the 3D presentation of the proposals, as well as in the visualization of the two models that will be exhibited under the direction of each lead architect. This technical and conceptual advancement significantly enhances the project’s appeal to potential investors, anticipating a highly positive impact in terms of securing support.

This new collaboration is part of a broader strategy of outreach and institutional communication. From our organization, we will share this information with universities, public administrations, the business sector at large, and chambers of commerce both in the Canary Islands and across Spain.

In particular, updated information will be sent to the London Chamber of Commerce, with the aim of providing real-time monitoring of the progress of our initiatives and generating international interest ahead of the upcoming conference. Likewise, participation will be open to university students and Dual Vocational Training students, who will be able to join the collaborative team through internship programs during the development of these second dissemination sessions. This initiative reinforces our commitment to education, knowledge transfer, and the integration of young talent into real innovation projects.

At the same time, we continue to promote our crowdfunding platform, which aims to raise approximately €60,000. This model allows donors to become true sponsors of the project, either through direct financial contributions or through in-kind support. This latter modality includes resources such as technical studies, specialized reports, graphic design, and other materials necessary for the development of the project, all of which are equally valuable for achieving our objectives.

Through all these actions, Parque Tecnológico Playa Paraíso consolidates its position as a space for innovation, collaboration, and multidisciplinary development, committed to technical excellence, institutional openness, and the active participation of society in its strategic projects.
