On Tuesday 9th October 2018, the coordinator of the entrepreneurial
initiative “Playa Paraíso Technological Park”, Miguel Muñoz, the lawyer Ramiro
Rosón and the entrepreneur in ecological agriculture Carlos Martínez signed a
representation contract turned into a public document, making a commitment for
negotiating the sale or the assignment of use of a patent created by Carlos
Martínez and related to the properties of aloe vera.
The recording of the public document made from the private contract
was carried out at Juan Manuel Polo García’s notary office, located in the
centre of La Laguna, in order that the document gets erga omnes legal effects (what is to say, effects for any third
party), enabling the commercialisation of the patent.
After the signing of the document, we took a photo at the door-step of
the notary office, as a proof of this legal act, and we came to the bar
Carrera, also located in the centre of La Laguna, in order to celebrate the
event. Later, Carlos Martínez had to drop out and Miguel Muñoz and Ramiro Rosón
paid a visit to Nivaria Hotel. Finally, both of them ended up the day at La
Fábrica bar, addressed in Doctor Antonio González street.
We the coordinator, Miguel Muñoz, and the lawyer Ramiro Rosón want to
thank the inventor Carlos Martínez for the confidence put in ours to manage the
commercialisation of his patent. Nowadays, we have contacted more than 15
patents and brands offices at a national level, which are interested in reach
this objective, and, after making a selection, we have concluded that the most
suitable company for our needs is the consulting firm Premark, located in
Barcelona (Spain), which we will sign very soon a commitment with, in order to
enable a sucessful result in the less time posible.
The management carried out by Miguel Muñoz and Ramiro Rosón consists
in the use of different social media (among them, the blog of the
entrepreneurial initiative “Playa Paraíso Technological Park”) and the
construction of Carlos Martínez’s blog.
