El 10 de febrero de 2020, el coordinador, Miguel Muñoz, y el abogado y colaborador Ramiro Rosón acudieron al centro histórico de La Laguna para visitar el complejo comercial que se ha construido en el mismo edificio donde se encontraba el Mercado San Pablo, un proyecto en cuyo diseño, entre otros profesionales, trabajó nuestro arquitecto Alejandro Díez Martín. Esta tarde, fuimos a conocer su cafetería, situada en la planta alta, y a ver el resto del centro, que incluye una tienda de deportes de la cadena Base, una ludoteca y un gimnasio.

The 31th January 2020, the coordinator of our initiatives, Miguel Muñoz, went to the Chancellor’s Office in the University of La Laguna in order to give information about his visit to the municipality of Adeje.
Later, the coordinator and the inventor Carlos Martínez visited the council of Adeje in order to hold a meeting with the Mayor and the area of urban planning. In this visit, the coordinator explained the council staff the current situation of our initiatives and the possibility of doing a second trip to London with the aim of presenting them to a group of possible investors at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Then, both moved to Las Cancelas real estate, located in the zone of Playa Paraíso, where we want to develop the “2010-Adeje Playa Paraíso Technological Park”, visit the main resorts and the Rosa Center, the new comercial centre which has been opened by the Número 1 group recently and will foster the commercial activity of this growing touristic destination.

In this sense, the proposal of our working team consists in a leisure port and a marine resarch centre for the zone of Playa Paraíso, in order that these facilities can help to promote nautical tourism. Two possible locations are mentioned in this proposal: the first one, opposite the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, and the second one, in the bay near to Bahía Príncipe hotel, which corresponds to the proposal of our architect, Jerónimo Padrón López, because of its higher docking capacity. Both initiatives are reviewed on our blog.
In fact, Jerónimo Padrón has worked in our initiative “2010-Adeje Playa Paraíso Technological Park”, which mockup has been presented by him at the council of Adeje. Nowadays, the architect Alejandro Díez Martín is in charge of his initiative. Our second trip to London will allow us to present both initiatives with their mockup and its viability study, with the support of our working team. In this way, we would complete the work done in our first trip to the British capital, where the coordinator, Miguel Muñoz, was from t1st to 8th December 2018.
After the meeting held at the council of Adeje, Miguel Muñoz and Carlos Martínez visited the headquarters of the real estate company Sotiven, which is opposite the town hall building, in order to explain our bussiness initiatives, and enjoyed an excellent meal at the Oasis restaurant, located in the centre of Adeje.
At the last stage of the visit, Miguel Muñoz and Carlos Martínez were at Las Cancelas real estate and different hotels in the zone of Playa Paraíso, in order to spread information about our initiatives among businessmen of hotel industry, and made a stop at Roca Negra Sunset, a terrace located in the same zone, close to El Pinque beach. This terrace allows to enjoy magnificent sunsets and spectacular views of the island of La Gomera.

After we ended our work, the coordinator, Miguel Muñoz, and the lawyer and contributor Ramiro Rosón enjoyed some beers at the Strasse pub in La Laguna.
