On 29th January 2021, the coordinator of our business initiatives, Miguel Muñoz, went to the zone of Playa Paraíso (Adeje), where he visited the pond which belongs to Las Cancelas real estate, where we intend to develop our business initiative “2010-Adeje Playa Paraíso Tecnhological Park”. He informed about the visit to an important Canary holding, with which our coordinator is doing groundwork to turn this initiative into reality.
Finally, Miguel Muñoz enjoyed the touristic environment of the zone and had a lunch at Roca Negra Sunset Club, a leisure and restaurant venue which is placed in the vicinities of El Pinque beach. Another sights of the zone are the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, a resort related to the world of music which is among the most prestigious hotels of the zone, and the Rosa Center, a shopping centre which has a surface of 10,000 square metres, divided up among stores, restaurant businesses and terraces and 224 free parking places.
