On March 22, the coordinator of our business initiatives, Miguel Muñoz, attended the round table "Drought and the water cycle in Tenerife", organized by the City Council of Puerto de la Cruz and the Natural Environment, Sustainability, Safety and Emergencies Area of the Cabildo of Tenerife, on the occasion of the Monumental Trees and Water Month, which has been celebrated in March 2024. Coordinated by Irene Afonso, the round table took place at the Archaeological Museum of Puerto de la Cruz and included the participation of engineers Jaime Coello, José Luis Peraza and Carlos Soler.
From our business initiatives, we would like to congratulate the City Council of Puerto de la Cruz and the Cabildo of Tenerife for the organization of this conference, especially timely at a time when the water crisis in Spain and the Canary Islands has highlighted the need to manage this resource efficiently. On the other hand, we would like to congratulate and highlight the presence of the engineer José Luis Peraza, who is part of our drafting team in the area of management of the integral water cycle, and Carlos Soler, whose career accredits him as one of the most outstanding experts of the Canary Islands archipelago in this field.
Finally, we would like to thank our lawyer and collaborator Ramiro Rosón for his collaboration in the publication of this article, without whose efforts this blog would not be possible.
In La Laguna, April 1, 2024.
The coordinator,
Miguel Muñoz
