Dialogues to take your company further

On January 27, 2025, the "Dialogues to Take the Canary Company Further" forum was held at the Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey Hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, organized by Prensa Ibérica and Grant Thornton. This event brought together entrepreneurs, experts, and leaders from the Canary business sector to analyze the legal developments that will affect companies in the islands in the coming months.

During the meeting, the importance of adequate preventive advice to reduce the litigation rate in the Canary Islands, the highest in Spain, was highlighted. Grant Thornton's experts analyzed the legal, fiscal, and labor challenges faced by Canarian companies, emphasizing the need for a clear strategy that allows small and medium-sized enterprises to integrate into the new economic environment.

Furthermore, the relevance of economic diversification and internal and external training was emphasized to promote a more sustainable future in the Canarian business fabric. This forum is part of a series of meetings that seek to provide local companies with the necessary tools and knowledge to face a changing and competitive environment.
